As a personal trainer in Pembrokeshire my aim is to assist individuals in carving out time in their busy schedules to concentrate on themselves and aid them in accomplishing their objectives, whether it be weight loss, strength and conditioning, managing various medical conditions, including mental health, or acquiring knowledge on proper nutrition and how to optimally care for their bodies.

As advocates for women's health and wellness, we encourage Strength Conditioning as an essential component of this programme and can provide expert guidance on proper lifting techniques To build confidence.

 This package  can be adapted to meet the needs of clients who have a range of medical conditions to ensure safe exercise prescription, or 

to complement your overall wellness journey.

We offer an 8-week programme designed specifically for your goals, which includes a consultation, nutrition guidance, an exercise programme, and one weekly session at our private gym.  This package can also be tailored to our online Coaching platform .

    you may opt for single sessions; please note that a one off consultation fee of £30.00 will apply for single sessions.
